Went with an icbc claim to repair the bumper and door. Excellent quality work from the team. Robert was a great guy. He made the whole procedure very easy. Will recommend!

Rental:
Rentals was provided by enterprise near the shop which including pickup and drop off, I know Model 3 is not a luxury car but they gave me 202x Hyundai hatchback and definitely have some shifting issues which is not pleasure or comfortable to drive with. If you have the insurance covered you shouldn’t need to pay anything beside the gas you used on the rentals.

Repair quality:
My dent to the front bumper is pretty minimal so I could tell how well they paint it but overall looks like new. I think they even detailing the car inside out if I’m not mistaken.

Notes:
- be very careful with entering or exiting out from their parking lot, they have a lot of cars park at the front and really obstruct the views especially when exiting. Will be recommended to ask one of the staff to help you watch out for the cars on the roads. (One of the staff offered the help without asking which is a plus ) Read less

They took great care of my car, and also was great at answering the phone. I recently brought my car back because there was a small scratch missed and one of the guy’s that helped me went above and beyond and helped my with my options. He also provided an alternate solution that was best for my situation and would help me in the long run. I found the men that helped me comforting and helpful. If you’ve had a bad experience with other collision centres or this is your first time getting your car fixed this is the place to go.
